As Buyer & Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll have the unique opportunity to take ownership of purchasing responsibilities, shape how this function operates, and drive efficiency across the business. - Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flexible)
- Hybrid, minimum onsite 1x per week or as needed to carry out responsibilities
- Travel as needed to carry out responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and place orders at the lowest cost consistent with standards of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need.
- Track deliveries, coordinate movement of raw materials, and investigate discrepancies to ensure production needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring accountability through regular performance monitoring.
- Develop and execute inventory strategies that optimize stock levels while supporting overall business objectives.
- Manage supply chain data collection and integrity for accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as business lead for supply chain application development projects, coordinating with developers and users to ensure software solutions align with operational needs and support company growth.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or a business-related field such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Finance
- 1-3 years experience in the manufacturing industry - purchasing, supply chain, or other related roles preferred
- Strong data analytics and math skills - experience with data analytics tools/software preferred
- Excellent writing ability - we emphasize writing as a form of communication throughout the company
- Demonstrated ability to work across teams – you’ll work closely with the Accounting, Technology, Maintenance, and Production teams
